Lose 14 pounds a year sleeping

Lose 14 pounds a year sleeping
I know your schedule is out there, that every minute of yours is calculated to its maximum efficiency, but could you by any chance squeeze in an additional hour of sleep? If you do, you could be losing 14 pounds a year - sleeping.

Not only is sleep really important for beauty (well rested face never looks wrinkly or has black under eye circles), but it also helps you keep a great figure. In addition to dr. Sanjay Patel's finpeople who sleep steady seven hours do not gain weight at a fast rate, another doctor how much calories we burn sleeping:
"Dr. Michael Sivak of the University of Michigan explained that "a person who sleeps seven hours a night and consumes 2,500 calories during the rest of the day can trim 147 calories simply by replacing an hour of "inactive wakefulness" with an hour more of sleep - or about 14 pounds a year."
This is great news for those of us who are interested in losing a few of those unwanted pounds. Interestingly, Dr. Sivak observed that people tend to eat during periods of wakefulness and inactivity. Each additional hour of sleep he estimates reduces caloric intake by about 6%"
Suddenly, watching that late-night movie or reading a book does not sound so appealing.

Do try to get enough sleep my dears, it can only make you look and feel better.
